Brett is originally from the Kansas City Mo. area, born in St Joseph MO. Graduated from ITT technical Institute in 1978, and currently owns a home in the Grand Fairways in Kahului with his wife Rhonda . Brett owns and operates A Sharp Piano Service, a small business that provides over 700 local families and businesses with quality piano service, sales, and repairs, including complete restoration works. As with most families here on Maui, to make ends meet he also works a second part time job for the Department of Homeland Security.
Brett has worked in small business and the automotive industry as a trainer, manager, franchise owner, and self-employed business owner for for over 30 years. He has acquired multiple certificates of training from Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Mazda, and Hyundai. He is also a Member of the Piano Technicians Guild.
Brett became active with the TEA party movement last year, as he became more and more frustrated writing bigger and bigger checks to the government, while they showed little or no respect for his hard work and labor, knowing that he could do so much more with just a portion of that money in the local community. Watching our current elected officials take his money and effectively light a match to it has been totally unacceptable. Along with that, seeing our local and state representatives, intent on being nothing more than a rubber stamp for the Pelosi-Frank-Reid agenda in Washington, he had to take a stand. He and his family are truly Taxed Enough Already!
Brett believes if “WE the People” stand up and do our duty under the Constitution of the United States, we will take back control of this nation. Preventing the devastation from debt and out of control spending that will unfairly enslave our future generations.
